We are based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with immersive farm experiences held in the Kaffa region, the historic birthplace of Arabica coffee.

Our program is open to anyone aged 18 and above with a passion for coffee—no prior experience is required. We welcome aspiring baristas, entrepreneurs, travelers, and coffee lovers from around the world.

The fee includes:

  • All training sessions (farm + technical)

  • Accommodation in Addis Ababa and Kaffa

  • Daily meals

  • Local transportation (including travel to/from Kaffa)

  • All course materials and certification

The program runs for 2 to 3 weeks, It includes 1 week of farm immersion and 1–2 weeks of technical training.

You’ll get a comprehensive coffee education—from origin to café service. Topics include:

  • Coffee cultivation and processing (on the farm)

  • Espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art

  • Sensory evaluation and cupping

  • Green coffee grading

  • Roasting theory and practice

  • Optional café management basics

Yes! All participants who complete the full program will receive a Certificate of Completion, which qualifies you for barista-level employment.

Yes, our technical training is aligned with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) framework.

The course is conducted in English. Some local support staff may speak Amharic or other Ethiopian languages, but all training is in English.

Yes. If you cancel more than 30 days before the program start date, we offer an 80% refund.
Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Simply email us at info@coffeecampus.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Yes. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your enrollment to another person by notifying us at least 14 days before the program starts.
